Fees

Hadleigh Youth FC is largely run on a voluntary basis. Your subscription fees plus any sponsorship or donations are needed to ensure that we can operate the club and move it forward. We aim to make this as affordable as possible for all families.

The running of the club has a lot of costs. Listed below are the main costs which the registration fees are used for:

Fees for season 2020-21

Age groups Under 7 to Under 10

Playing in: South East Essex Primary League

Annual Registration fee of £85 includes the following benefits:

  • Match day pitch hire
  • All Sunday League games
  • League Registration fees
  • Balls
  • Match day equipment
  • Managers Equipment
  • FA registration fees
  • Club Website
  • Manager DBS checks
  • Staff health and safety and child welfare courses
  • Club insurance
  • Pitch maintenance

What's not included in your fees

The following items are not included in your fees:

  • Training Fees
  • Any tours or trips
  • Player fines
  • Summer tournaments
  • Referees fees

We are always interested in developing the club, in terms of better facilities and better experiences for the children. All of this requires time and money. Sibling discount policy

If you have more than one child registered to the club, fees for any second or subsequent child will be discounted by 50%. To claim this discount, please make a note on the registration form of the sibling paying full price.
