Fees

Hadleigh Youth FC is largely run on a voluntary basis. Your subscription fees plus any sponsorship or donations are needed to ensure that we can operate the club and move it forward. We aim to make this as affordable as possible for all families. We therefore do not charge managers a signing on fee for running the team. However we are unable to offer assistant managers a discount based upon the increased costs involved in the helping out.

The running of the club has a lot of costs. Listed below are the main costs which the registration fees are used for:

Fees for season 2025-26

Age groups Under 7 to Under 10

Playing in: South East Essex Primary League

Playing in: Echo Youth league

Age groups Under 11 to Under 15

Southend District league

Essex County Girls League

Annual Registration fee of £90 & £210 training fees includes the following benefits:

  • Match day pitch hire- Use of the grass and 3G pitches subject to your teams home fixture. In line with the season from September to May.
  • Team managers & Assistant qualification's- DBS checks, Safeguarding course and First aid course (team manager only)
  • Team manager signing on fee (One per team)
  • League Registration fees
  • Presentation day & end of season Trophy
  • Match day equipment- Match balls, Respect Barriers, Goals, Corner flags 
  • Managers Equipment- Balls, bag, cones, first aid box, whistle, match day trophy, Bibs.  
  • FA registration fees
  • Club Website- Upkeep costs and development costs 
  • Training-  35 weeks, of 1 hour per week training on the the new 3g facility with a qualified coach.  
  • Season training Syllabus-  Weekly training plans, Managers workshops and team coaching plans. 
     
  • Club insurance
  • Pitch maintenance- Seed, soil, line marking costs
  • VEO camera- cost of system subscription
  • £50 team contribution- Towards an end of season tournament, new equipment etc

What's not included in your fees

The following items are not included in your fees:

  • Additional manager training fees or matches outside the season or not on Sundays. 
  • Any tours or trips
  • Player fines
  • Summer tournaments
  • Referees fees

We are always interested in developing the club, in terms of better facilities and better experiences for the children. All of this requires time and money. Sibling discount policy

If you have more than one child registered to the club, fees for any second or subsequent child will be discounted by 50% form the registration fee only. To claim this discount, please make a note on the registration form of the sibling paying full price.
